The Clean deliverable — format in detail
One finished MP3 master of your episode: background noise reduced, levels evened across speakers, filler words cut, and your supplied intro and outro assembled at the head and tail. Clean covers up to 30 minutes of raw audio and is edit only — no show notes or timestamps in this tier.
Standard — what show notes and timestamps add
Alongside the MP3 master, a show-notes document built from a transcript of your finished episode: a short episode summary, the main topics in order, and timestamps for each topic so listeners can jump to a section. Standard covers up to 60 minutes of raw audio.
Premium — what the audiogram adds
Everything in Standard for up to 120 minutes of raw audio, plus one audiogram clip: a short audio excerpt from your episode rendered as a shareable clip file, chosen from a clear, self-contained moment in the episode.
Pricing by raw-audio minutes — the over-length rule
Tiers are priced strictly by raw-audio minutes, measured on the file you send, not the finished length. If your audio is over your tier's limit, the over-length portion is quoted to you before work starts — it is never silently absorbed and never billed after the fact without your agreement.
Audio only — the binding rule
CastClean edits audio, forever. No video podcast editing and no social clip cutting are offered at any price — that is ClipForged's work (clipforged.co), and video requests are referred there. Every audio order also gets a full listen-through QA pass at 1.5–2× speed; that step is never skipped, because bad cuts are audible.

How it works
- Send your intake by email to hello@castclean.co: your raw audio link, your intro/outro files, and your episode title and notes.
- Automated pipeline: denoise, leveling, and filler-word cuts are run on your raw audio, and your intro/outro are assembled.
- Full listen-through QA at 1.5–2× speed — never skipped — to catch bad cuts and level problems.
- Transcript, show notes, and timestamps are produced on Standard and Premium; the audiogram is rendered on Premium.
- Delivery by email: the MP3 master, plus the notes document on Standard and Premium.
Every step is run by CastClean — there is no step handed back to you beyond sending the intake material listed on this page.
The clock rule (important)
Clean: 24 hours. Standard and Premium: 48 hours. Both count from completed intake — that is, from the email where your raw audio link, intro/outro files, and episode title have all arrived at hello@castclean.co.
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment. If intake is incomplete, CastClean will tell you exactly what is missing and the clock stays paused until it arrives.
What’s NOT included
Video podcast editing and social clip cutting — never; that is ClipForged's work (clipforged.co) and video requests are referred there. Show notes and timestamps on the Clean tier, and audiograms on Clean and Standard. Recording, hosting, publishing, or distribution of your podcast. Any guarantee of downloads, subscribers, sponsorships, or chart placement. Silently absorbing over-length audio — over your tier's raw-minute limit is always quoted first.
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised (downloads, subscribers, sponsorships, or chart placement).

How long does it take?

What do I need to supply?
A download link to your raw audio, your intro and outro files (or say you have none), and your episode title and any notes. Send them by email to hello@castclean.co as the intake describes.
My episode is longer than my tier. What happens?

Can you edit my video podcast or cut social clips?
No — CastClean is audio only, forever. Video podcast editing and social clip cutting are ClipForged's work, and video requests are referred to ClipForged (clipforged.co).
What file do I receive?
An MP3 master by email. Standard and Premium also include a show-notes document with timestamps; Premium also includes one audiogram clip.
Do revisions come with my order?
If a cut or level in the delivery is wrong against your intake notes, email hello@castclean.co and it will be corrected. Re-editing a different episode, or changing the episode content after delivery, is a new order.
